Landing Tampa Westshore

Loved the spot it was very modern and the price compared to other spots around the city was amazing, Emily was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend when in Tampa.

Booked and paid in full 1 month in advance. Paid my deposit as well. They cancelled my reservation the morning of my check in and did not offer any kind of accommodations or compensation. Customer service was horrible. Communication was horrible. Took days for a refund to be put back on my card. We spent our entire weekend checking in and out of hotels everyday due to everything being sold out making it hard for booking consecutive nights. The inconvenience this caused me and my family is unreal. Day after day interrupting our scheduled plans hauling luggage’s in and out different. Spending way more. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

This stay was amazing! Our unit was super clean and spacious. The kitchen was a bonus. Emily was our point person and she was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely come back during my next visit.

Super nice clean and quiet. Customer support was great, check in and check out instruction was thorough and detailed felt like home! Highly recommend! I would definitely come back!

The property was beautiful, love that there was a pool and private entrance.

Overall I had a good stay. My only issue was with parking. I had a difficult time finding parking my first two days. This issue was promptly solved by the local management team. However, for anyone new coming to the place there will continue to be a parking space unless you know to ask or pay extra for a driveway or garage. My opinion, there was poor planning for parking when initially design this place. Other than that it is great place to stay.
