The vibes, ambiance, and surrounding environment were welcoming, beautiful, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful, which added a lot to the positive experience. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Only two concerns regarding our stay: - During the first night, we found stains on the bed sheets, possibly blood stains. While the sheets may have been washed, they were clearly not properly clean, which was disappointing and below our expectations. - There is a very loud noise coming from the pipes or walls every few hours. This is especially disturbing at night, as it wakes us up while sleeping and sounds like someone knocking heavily on the door. The noise is frightening and has affected our comfort during the stay.

Relaxed hotel with great facilities and location. Hotel team were all amazing and the rooftop pool a welcome facility in the summer heat. Perfect location next to the palace.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Social Hub Madrid! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, very functional, and offered an incredible view of the Palacio Real. Everything felt modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the rooftop, the pool, and the gym, all fantastic and perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The breakfast was great as well, with a great variety and high quality. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Madrid. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for making our trip to Madrid even more special!

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, every single detail exceeded our expectations. The Service: Flawless, warm, and professional from the entire team. A very special thank you goes to the hotel manager, Nieves. Her incredible attention to detail, personal care, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. It is rare to find leadership that elevates an experience this much.
