The hotel has great facilities, lovely friendly staff and it is very clean. The room was clean and had all you would need. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Madrid either on foot or by metro. The Palace is just across the road and the metro is just a couple of minutes walk down the street

Super Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal an der Reception. Ich hatte den Flug erst Abends und da es sehr heiss war, durfte man oben beim Swimming-Pool sogar noch duschen und sich umziehen.

Das Frühstück war recht teuer.

I have been to this lovely hotel many times. It has a great location and its' spaces a lively bring a great atmosphere. There is a restaurant, pool, and rooftop bar. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have great service during your stay.

Sehr schönes hotel verteilt auf verschiedene Gebäude.

Das Frühstück ist Ganz ok, aber die warmen speisen sollten auch warm sein leider war alles kalt.
