Eden Escapes Serviced Apartments

It was booked as self catering - kitchen had the facilities needed to feed ourselves - and also included a tumble dryer which helped when we got soaking wet in a downpour. We could not have asked for a better location and view. The overall space was great too and having the extra bedrooms really helped with a big snoring issue!!

Sofa and chair not really supportive. Shower screen would be better than the shower curtain. Coat stand/hooks (over door hanging) on the doors would help to hang coats/clothes that may be wet and need to dry. We had trouble locating the tv remote in the living room - found it under the sofa seat cushion (also a marble! Gave the impression it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The bed in the room next to the living room showed a stain on the mattress visible through the sheet. Using mattress protectors would help to avoid this. Also in the same room - there was no signal for the tv (but this was not an issue as the main tv worked).

المكان بعيد عن الخدمات ، لا يوجد تكييف ، الدخول من الخلف كان صعب جداً ، عدم وجود مصعد ونحن في الدور الرابع ، تأخر دخولنا بسبب عدم وجود المفتاح بينما اثناء المغادرة طالبنا المالك بالمغادرة الساعة 10 صباحاً ولم يمهلنا لمدة ساعة فقط حيث كانت رحلتنا بالقطار الساعة 1 واضطررنا للخروج في وقت مطر مع العلم أننا لم ندخل إلا الساعة 5 مساءً

Excellent communication from owner throughout, very well equipped with basic amenities (toiletries & cooking), plenty of towels; very large rooms and very large + comfy beds, all daily cleaning amenities present also including laundry capsules/washing liquid/soaps/toilet rolls/shower gels and shampoos, every room had a TV, very comfortable stay for a family, and of course stunning views. Also parking was an added bonus. We've stayed in several places over the years and none have ever been this well equipped, hence having this here was very helpful and impressive.

Nothing significant, but balcony lights of flat 3 on floor below us remained on all night, and our living room blinds were broken. Otherwise, a truly excellent experience!

Fabulous views and well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication which was very helpful. On-site parking was a bonus.
