Let’s be honest, the only reason to stay here is the proximity to the bars in town.

Nobody at desk to check us in. Waitef 45 minutes finally someone who lives there got us to our reservation. Floors uneven throughout, pot smell lingering everywhere. Shady traffic in and out all night, as folks are living in this place. 4 cars in the small lot without plates. Never again!!

I would be delighted to tell you my experience of this disgusting dump of a hotel. So, I drove 550 miles to make a delivery to Hurley Wisconsin. Long drive pulling a 35’ trailer behind you. Because of the distance it requires I stop for 10 hours before safely heading back to the shop. I needed a hotel so I as usual used booking.com as what I thought to be a reliable source to find a budget friendly hotel for a decent nites rest. I came to the conclusion that Love Hotel s block from my delivery point was a good option. I didn’t require a 5 star pricey accommodation. Booking.com rated this dump as a 3 star hotel and st 90 plus dollars I assumed it was the best price point in that area for a good nites rest. Boy did I fail. I’m not a picky person but boy did I make a poor choice relying on booking.coms 3 star rating. From the start, I should have turned around upon seeing what a dump of a parking lot they had. Garbage lying all around and cigarette buts in abundance scattered all over the parking lot. Was tired and needed rest so decided to look past the lot and preceded to the office. Was greeted by a guy at the desk that I’m not gonna get into because I prefer not to judge people. So I was given what boils down to a sticky pad size piece of paper to fill out my info. After doing so and paying the final expenses for my stay was hande a key. Went to room 16 of the hotel and opened the door. The immediate smell of the room turned my stomach. Honestly, my best comparison of said smell is what a combination of gangrene, untreated chlamydia, unwashed feet for a month, armpit Oder left unattended to for a year and mold all combined together must smell like. The carpet was stapled to a rotten subfloor that was what kept the floor from caving in. The room itself was a combination of purchased junk from a junk yard and the TV didn’t work. Because I had picked booking.coms cheaper purchase option of no refund I was kinda stuck with this putrid dump. I turned the AC on high and

Hoped that may help the smell then left to get something to eat. I came back to the disgusting smell, grabbed my bag and left. Ended up sleeping at a roadside rest stop and returned back home. My question to booking.com is two fold. Why would you deceive with a three star rating for a facility that if the health department visited would immediately close the dump down and I demand a 100% refund including the extra expenses paid at hotel to restore my confidence in booking.com as an option for helping in the choice of accommodations. I’m waiting for the day for your response and hope you restore my faith in your services.

This is a very bad hotel. Beds terrible. Floor dirty and uneven. TV broken. Fridge broken. Bathroom gross. Towels stained. Heat thermostat broken.
