Family brunch for the second time, great selection of food and good value enhanced package - the wine selection was great. Attentive staff, thanks especially to Jonalyn and Jasurbek for looking after us. Face painting was a plus for the kids and the dessert selection is the best!

My experience at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail began with a bit of disappointment. Before booking, I called the reservations team and even sent a photo of the exact view I was hoping to have from my room. Unfortunately, the room that I was initially advised to book turned out to be different from the one with the view I had specifically inquired about. I was a bit disappointed upon check in because the view was one of the main reasons I chose Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail. I hope the reservations team can provide more accurate guidance regarding the type of rooms and their views in the future especially when guests share a photo as a reference. However, Lauro at the reception approached me and asked how he could assist me. The moment I raised my concern, Lauro and Dariya handled everything professionally and treated it as an opportunity to make it a perfect stay. They immediately understood what I was looking for and made it happen for me. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to move to the room I really wanted to stay for my birthday. You could tell they actually cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable, not just doing their job. After we settled into our room, Ericka, our personal concierge called to check if there was anything we needed and then she also sent a beautiful birthday arrangement to our room. Thanks to Ericka. The room was absolutely stunning and has a spacious balcony with breathtaking views. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was definitely one of my faves. The restaurants have a nice ambiance and the food is good. We had breakfast at ByWater and dinner at Scarpetta. We also visited The Highmore, which is on the rooftop. They have a cool game room to chill in and a FIFA football live screening. The adult pool and beach area are great for relaxation. The ladies’ gym is a bit small though there’s also a mixed gym available. Unfortunately, we missed the Spa but honestly that just gives us another reason to go back again. Definitely something to look forward to next time! Overall, Waldorf Astoria Lusail exceeded all my expectations. The views, level of service, genuine hospitality from the team completely won me over. This place is truly worth every penny. Once again, thank you so much to Lauro, Dariya, and Ericka for making our stay not just special, but extraordinary.

ما اعجبني: النظافة، الاثاث والألوان، اللوبي، الفيو، الموقع، خدمة السبا والمساج رائعة جداً ولكن غاليه جداً أيضاً.

ما لم يعجبني: التحكم في التكييف، مرتبة السرير، التأخر في الرد على الهاتف، عدم توفر خيار إيقاف السيارة بنفسك (الفاليه إجباري) رغم ان خدمتهم ممتازة إلا انه من المفترض ان يكون إختياري وليس إجباري، الأفطار في المطعم لم يكن أفضل شي، الخيارات قليلة نسبياً.

Very nice hotel and staff. Most thanks for Mr. Amrit very nice and friendly person. Sauna very clean and comfortable, he very kind and all time help with.
