The Waldorf Astoria Lusail remains one of my favorite hotels in Qatar. During my recent three-day stay with my children, they thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pool facilities. The service was exceptional, as always, and I was well recognized as a Hilton Diamond member, which I truly appreciate. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the reception team, the Duty Managers Zakaria and Shruti, and Kavin, who served as my personal concierge. Their professionalism and attentive service consistently enhance my experience, and it is always a pleasure to see familiar faces. My children had a wonderful stay, and we will certainly continue returning in the future. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding one of the security staff at the main entrance. I have encountered the same issue on multiple occasions, where Talabat delivery personnel are not being allowed appropriate access, despite my requests to facilitate the process and have the order collected from the main entrance. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience during my stay. I kindly recommend that the hotel review this matter to ensure a smoother and more guest-friendly experience moving forward.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience, and I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by May. She truly went beyond just serving breakfast. May was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable throughout. What stood out the most was how thoughtful she was with our baby—she even offered options to accommodate our little one, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to see such genuine care and initiative. May is definitely a keeper and truly excels at what she does. Thank you for making our morning so pleasant!
