"فندق جميل ونظيف لكن بعض الموظفين غير متعاونين وهم موظفين التنظيف و موظفين حمل الامتعه وبعض موظفين الاستقبال حيث قمت بالا"

مرافق الأطفال مثل الألعاب المائية والمسبح

موظفين تحميل الامتعه اول مره قامو بكسر صحن و ثاني مره قامو بكسر فازة الورد بعد تأكيدي على الموظف بالحرص عليها و موظفين التنظيف تم تنظيف الغرفة بشكل عشوائي مع عدم تجديد قسم القهوه ثم طلبت منهم تجديده مره اخرى
