Hosts were sociable and very helpful. The garden was beautiful and the property was charming. Breakfast was deliscous, all we could say is it was the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in.

What a fantastic gem hidden 200 metres behind the high street. Very impressive building, gardens and a genuine welcome. Room very very good as was the breakfast. Well done!!!

Excellent location for my visit to Holbeach. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. The cooked breakfast was very nice along with different food choices if required. Lovely dining room. Very good Internet connection and Sky Tv.

Had a lovely overnight stay. Hosts very friendly and hospitable. Room very spacious and well fitted out. Breakfast delicious ( I am vegetarian). Would definitely stay again.

Everything - the owners were brilliant in their attention to detail and helpfulness. Breakfast choice was excellent, served in a formal dining room atmosphere yet at the same time personalised and very attentive. Room had everything!

Absolutely nothing.

Rooms were large and beautifully decorated. There were many extras in bedroom, eg still and sparkling water, plus all teas and coffee. Breakfast was great; I had to ask for smaller portions. Service was so kind and helpful.

Stunning property that has the best parts of a B&B while still feeling like a hotel. So quiet and very comfortable. I was travelling for work, but I felt super relaxed like Id just had a quiet night away. The quality of the breakfast is something else. Couldnt recommend more.
