Excellent welcome from the host. Clean and well provisioned room. Excellent breakfast. Ample parking. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I would fully recommend this property.

Extremely kind and attentive hosts. A really elegant house and lovely decor. Thoughtful touches such as lovely tea cups, fresh flowers in breakfast room. The breakfast was amazing and perfectly cooked - with lots of options hot and cold. Beds were extremely comfortable. Michael was ready in a second when asked to give advice on a great restaurant to eat at in the village and also clear directions and the best parking when we visited Lincoln.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with Michael and Luca. There are the very best of hosts, the house is just lovely and the breakfast was delicious.
