Our last night there, the room near door was getting high. You could smell it in the halls and our room. I told the front desk and they offered to move us to the 2nd floor. We declined as we had too much to move. The next morning I found out the same problem was on the 2nd floor.

Great stay, had a a hiccup with my business card and Ms. Tina went out of her way to help me, can’t thank her enough! Look forward to staying here again!

This stay is extremely comfortable and convenient. My experience with customer service has been top tier! Tina went above and beyond to handle my requests and needs. The rooms are clean and in order; the only thing they lack is a microwave which would have been handy for my week long stay.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. LOVED having coffee all day! Very clean hotel and friendly atmosphere. The frost desk staff was amazing! Would stay here again, and at a different TRU hotel.

Can't really think of anything negative. The only issue (a non-issue really) was I couldn't park close to an entrance. As a single woman coming into the building late at night, I woudl have liked to find a closer spot, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Indoor pool was extremely cold my young granddaughters wanted to swim but too cold I told the front desk that the pool is very cold. She said it is 74 degrees. That is too cold for anyone. All my granddaughters wanted to do was swim Room was fine. Breakfast was good I have stayed in many hotels with indoor pools never had one this cold. We won’t stay here again.
