recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. However, I was disappointed to see that breakfast lady was smoking on the property It came across as unprofessional and was not something I expected to encounter during my stay. I hope management can address this to maintain a more welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

I want to give a huge shout out to the Tru by Hilton in Garner. I had a baby shower there on Saturday the 13th. Asia and Linee were simply the best. If exceptional customer service had a face it would definitely be theirs. I rent this so e quite a bit and I have always gotten superior service from Melinda the manager to her wonderful staff. If you are looking for a spot for your small event, you can’t go wrong with the Tru in Garner.

Before I arrived Tina explained our parking since our vehicle was oversized. She even suggested a place to grab dinner before we arrive. I was greeted by Asia, who was so kind. The reception was clean filled with fun colors, waters, snacks, hammock chairs, and more. As stated by another reviewer, the room had a lot of wonderful touches: plenty of outlets, charging ports, hangers… The room was smaller than expected, but the details made up for the size. Super clean. Loved that the floor was engineered wood and not carpet. It made the room feel cleaner. Shower pressure was great, provided bathing products were nice. Before leaving, we enjoyed some complementary toasted bagels and delicious coffee. I will definitely stay at a Tru Hilton again!
