MainStay Suites Lexington I-75

Excellent location. Very big and very clean. Lots of parking. McDonald's and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

I booked the room on booking at 3pm. Checked in and the room was still being cleaned but I did make a late reservation. The chair was not comfortable.

The property was not well maintained. I was not impressed with the cleanliness at all! There was a chair in our room that looked like someo

no signage besides room #s on doors in the inside of the hotel. dingy and not very clean. dishes in the room were actually dirty. used coffee cups and plates and silverware. Tried to visit the front desk for add'l towels after a few days of being there. We couldn't get any because "they weren't ready"

Because I had a local address, I was charged an unexpected $600 deposit that took 5 days to be returned into my account. This was not communicated during the booking process. The hotel itself was great for the price. Clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, bathrooms are huge. Staff could have been a little less condescending when I was questioning the unexpected deposit.

Good on budget location with a small kitchen. I was surprised that the could not stay more than 4 days

It was good for a one night stay, cleanliness could’ve been better but the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Didn’t get a chance for breakfast but it smelled good

There were a couple general maintenance things I saw but overall it wasn’t a bad stay.
