MainStay Suites Lexington I-75

Ok, this is a low cost hotel so i should take that into account and i do. Good: Room comes with stove; microwave and other extended stay items. BAD: Put guest with cane into the farthest away room. Several buckets in the hallway collecting water drops from ceiling and it wasnt raining. A stairway leading from rooms to front area visably had carpet and lineing was loose and crumbling

Computer system brook and I could not get my room. I had to go somewhere else.

Couldn’t get tv to work

Location is great, very nice and clean, front desk worker when checked in was awesome.

My room had a very awful smell, cleaner walked into my room on check out day a whole hour before check out. did not like that at all.

Had to cancel booking. We arrived and was told there would be a $600 deposit. For a mainstay suites that is average at best? Absolutely not. The staff was nice and canceled our booking and we located another hotel to stay at. That is insane and was not clearly stated when booking.

Large refrigerator

Bathtub was slippery (dangerous).
