Place was clean and staff was good.

The cable went out the second night of my stay and wasn't fixed for 3 days i checked out 3 days early and went to another hotel.. i wasn't given a discount or refunded any money. Also the elevator was broken and twice people walked right into my room. Idk but it seemed like the room key worked for several doors🤷one more thing was the vent hood over the stove was broken.. screws had come out of one side of it so it was hanging. The guy at the front desk told me someone would fix it .. i was there for 4 days and no one ever showed up.

The only positives were the convenient location, close to freeways, shopping, and dining. The gym was well-equipped and maintained.

My stay was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again. The pillow was lumpy, and the bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep. Many of the tenants appeared to be long-term residents, and there was frequent noise and activity in the parking lot at all hours, which felt unsettling. Additionally, pest control entered and sprayed my room while I was still in it. I was not informed this would occur during my stay, and it was both disruptive and concerning.

Private. No one would bother us. Top corner floor was excellent.

Bed was hard. Only was able to have 1 pillow for each when we could have 2. Staff was not in over night to request extra items. The room smelled like a dirty wet mop.
