The bathroom had black mould in the bathroom , the lift was broke had to climb up three flights of stairs

Room not clean - look like a box with the corridor inside the room/ Dirty and stuffy inside Bedsheets smells and too old

Improvement on cleanliness For small room, use small single bed not double bed

Staff were really friendly, nice and available. Breakfast was nice. Decent room with good air-con.

The sheets and towels were dirty when I arrived. Room was on the first floor with the stairs open to the outside right by the main gate to the hotel property. I also wasn't told about certain services available in the hotel on checking in.
