Helpful & kind & flexible stuff. 10-15 min walk to the metro station of Quatre Bornes. A sauna. Clean rooms and decent service

Location and price is okay

If I dont write they will never change, bathrom was not clean. For me, Its not importan how old the accomodation is, the most important is cleaniness.

The staff are great and the breakfast was good. They helped us to bring our bags to our room.

We were placed in the old building where there is no elevator. Our room number is #206 if I was not mistaken and it is located in the 3rd floor.#1 The staff should be mindful that we are senior citizens. It was really hard to use the stairs #2 the bathroom is too small . When I was using the toilet, my knees were almost touching the wall. #3 the door knob is loose. There was 1 room available in the new building but I have to pay extra. I am willing to pay to move but my wife decided to stay because of the hassle moving those 2 check in bags. FYI. There is elevator in the new building.

JOHN NOEL HELPED US WITH LUGGAGE ALL THE WAY TO OUR ROOM. He served us orange juice upon arrival and gave us two free bottles of water for our room. All the staff friendly and helpful. John told us we would have free access to sauna and pool. Very clean. There was free full delicious breakfast. Very pleased.

The hotel is vlean and staff friendly, but the infrastructure is old.

Infrastructure old. No hot water. Room too small.

It was a cozy place and all the staffs were very welcoming and nice. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

Everything was nice! Except the location is a bit noisy.
