We were here for less than one hour before deciding to change hotels. There were bed bugs in our room and they downgraded our room without prior warning due to a broken toilet. The property was generally poorly maintained and very difficult to access up a steep hill without a proper road. Super disappointing.

Muy buena vista, buena resolución de parte del recepcionista cuando hubo un problema pero el resto del personal mal

El desayuno podría mejorar, no tenían leche el primer día, y no te dan la opción de poner el azúcar que tú quieres…. No está a pie de playa…. Las puertas de las habitaciones de abajo no cerraban y nos entraron una cantidad de bichos (mosquitos, lagartijas, cucaracha, arañas…..) menos mal que nos cambiaron a otro bungalo y me dejaron comprobar que las puertas cerradas de verdad y no con apertura ….
