Lucida Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

This is my second experience with Lucida Beach Hotel. My first visit was 9 years ago and I was very satisfied with everything. Now I was looking forward to visiting it again and I am absolutely happy with my days spent in the Lucida Beach hotel. Strongly recommend to everyone to visit this wonderful place 💙💙💙💙💙

Food was delicious. Location was perfect. Staff all polite & helpful. Cleanliness of the room could have been better.

Bathroom should have been cleaner.

We had a great vacation. My wife and I both rested and admired the perfectly arranged environment. The staff performed their duties flawlessly. The young boys did their job professionally. I especially want to mention the barmen AYBERK, who not only shared drinks, but also a good mood. The hotel cleaners kept the hotel clean all the time. There were no such things.

Lucida Beach Hotel has some strong points, but also a few drawbacks. The food was generally good, and having a private beach was convenient. The slides were enjoyable, especially for kids.

However, the entertainment team wasn’t very engaging, and the view from the room was disappointing. Communication was also an issue, as most of the staff spoke only Russian, which made it difficult to interact if you don’t speak the language. Overall, a mixed experience.

Beach front, lush green grounds, rooms are fine, clean for the most part. Buffet is good, everything was tasty.

It seems that the resort was understaffed for the amount of people in the resort. Buffet runs out of plates, bowls. We had to wait to find a table as there were no staff to clean them. The staff working tried their best, even bosses stepped in. Washrooms by the poll and restaurants were not very clean.

Not much.Just the sea was beatiful and walking distance from the hotel.

Overall we had a very bad experience.The food quality was terrible. The hotel is run down and needs a major renovations.Water in the shower didn't drain, was flooding all the bathroom. Room was dirty and never been clean during the stay,they only emptied the rubish bin and occaional fresh towels, however many times they just hung dirty towels from the floor on the balcony. We had to mop the floor ourselves. Had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. We ate at restaurants outside the hotel many times as the included food was terrible.
