Lucida Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

The sea was so so clean. You could easily see through 5-10 meters. Great space of the resort. Intimate, green, close to the beach. The rooms are just enough, comfortable but not more than that (and not needed). Animators are nice and that’s evident they really love their job lol. The range of food at each meal - breakfast/lunch/dinner was extensive, and it seems like hosts pay attention to what guests pick and adjust accordingly. The menu may be more suited to ex-USSR taste. For instance, there was buckwheat, but you won’t find any burgers whatsoever. I personally really liked their fresh bread and grapes with watermelon. One thing I would add is yogurt / greek yogurt / kefir, though ayran provides a decent alternative. Other hotels own beach volley courts. The way it is, people from various hotels are welcome to join in assuming everyone from that hotel gets to play. Hotels own volley balls but better BYOB (bring your own ball) if you intend to play. The level can be surprisingly good for a resort sometimes. Cats everywhere is definitely a plus.

The descend into the sea is through small stones (for all hotels around). That was becoming a bit annoying, maybe put some big stones there? The hotel has a volleyball net on premises, but it would be much better to have it on the beach. Maybe they don’t want people from other hotels to join, but the way it is, it was hard for them to get enough people to play anyway. Some people complain about $10 per device for wifi. It could indeed be free, given it’s a fraction of the cost. Some say the depth of the room service depends on whether you leave a small tip for the maid. I have no opinion. Some people (with kids mostly) complain about roosters 🐓 singing in the mornings. It’s true the hotel hosts some hens and roosters. It’s not a bug, it’s a feature.

On arrival at the hotel I was greeted kindly at the reception. The helpful and friendly team explained the hotel's facilities in detail. Another thing that greeted me when I arrived at the hotel was the smell of cleanliness and perfume. Our room was a spacious and comfortable room, very well decorated. We joined quickly so as not to miss the pool entertainment. Like the other guests, we had a lot of fun. Apart from the main meal times, there are alternatives such as snack restaurant and patisserie. You should definitely try the hamburger, you will appreciate it. While the children were having fun at the Aqua Park, my wife and I enjoyed cocktails at the Pool Bar. Maybe we had very little time, but we were very happy every second of it, we can't wait to come back to this hotel.

We liked the hotel - it has nice and green territory, beach is quite big. Food in the main restaurant was well cooked and tasty. We were often in the beach bar as well where they served burgers, kebabs and Turkish pastries. Room was ok, maybe a little bit “tired” but still clean.

It’s noisy at night - either it’s disco of the hotel itself or even if you leave in annex building it will be disco of the other hotel. So if you want to go sleeping before midnight, most probably you won’t make it.
