Horrible management Check in time is at 2pm but room not given till 5pm All the receptionists are joking around and not at all serious!! Just horrible Will not forget this horrible experience ever

This is very nice place for Dinner.We came here with my family and i really enjoyed the Dinner buffet. Restaurant Manager Amit is Humble and at Reception Ms. Moumita is also helpful . Rahul served me hot soup .

The hotel is very hygiene and clean and restaurant team is very good food quality is very good Front desk team is very polite and helpful Specially Mr Ganesh and his team Is very Attantive Thanks to Front office team

Decent room and good food. You can book for business travel as it is in the middle of the city. Amit took care of the hospitality nicely.

I understand Ginger positions itself as a no-frills budget brand, but at over ₹11,000 a night, the experience fell far short of expectations. The rooms are extremely compact and lack basic amenities — no cupboard, no proper tea/coffee spoons (only wooden stirrers which were never replaced), and very limited workspace. One night the power went out and although it returned quickly, the AC didn’t work for nearly four hours, which made for a very uncomfortable night. Housekeeping and service standards were also poor — staff rarely greeted guests, trolleys were left in the corridors throughout the day, and I even saw housekeeping staff resting on a bed in an empty room. The key card stopped working every day at noon, which was another unnecessary inconvenience. I travel extensively and stay at hotels across the world, and this was one of the most underwhelming experiences at this price point. The service and upkeep felt closer to a local lodge than a property operated under the Taj group. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback to raise consistency and guest care standards.
