Had a great stay at the hotel, which is at a very convenient and good location. The rooms were clean and well kept and the staff were very helpful and polite. The food was also very good at the restaurant.

The service provided by the team has been absolutely fantastic. Every member demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and dedication throughout the process. From understanding requirements to executing tasks with precision, the coordination and communication were seamless. The team’s proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. It was evident that everyone was committed to delivering excellence and ensuring complete satisfaction. Such teamwork and enthusiasm reflect a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. We had an unpleasant experience during our stay. When we checked in, our keycard wasn't activated, and we had to repeatedly call the housekeeping staff to help us open our room door. Despite multiple requests, the keycard issue was never resolved throughout our stay. We also noticed another guest facing the same problem, suggesting that this was not an isolated incident. Additionally, the shower drained very slowly, making it uncomfortable to use, and we even spotted a cockroach in our room. When we requested to switch rooms, the staff asked about our checkout date and then informed us that no other rooms were available. Considering the high room rates, the overall experience was far below expectations. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which we genuinely enjoyed. It's disappointing that an IHCL property offered such a frustrating and inconvenient experience. We expected much better standards of service and maintenance.

The hotel was absolutely calm and the best to work in. Restaurant is also very nice and Rossi and Grecy were very helpful and nice!

Excellent stay, good staff, good food its my go to stay hotel when I am in town. Rooms are cozy and hygienic with all the require amenities.

Buffet dinner was average. Starters: Chilli chicken 2 star Paneer 4 star Dessert 5 star Other dishes 2.5 star Overall rating would be 2.7 star Food always tastes good when prepared Dil Se. Dil Se missing. Ambience is decent. Have stayed in other Ginger Hotels across the country. Improvement required to match the value for money

I was welcomed warmly by Ms. Khushi, Gracy and Ganesh and was helped by them throughout the whole trip. The way stay was great and peaceful.

Room sizes are small. Please check once before checking in. Breakfast menu too limited. Bill at check out are super slow (Have 60 minutes for same)
