"Would not stay here if it was free or if they paid me"

There is nothing to like. The staff were so rude. Booking cancelled because I didn’t respond to a demand for more money via an external link

Staff so rude hassled me via text message to pay a deposit over a link. When I explained I could not do that the manager called me a liar, cancelled my booking telling me I was not welcome. Manager persisted with being nasty via the booking.com message app. Giving me 35 minutes to apply for a refund or she would not approve it. This was at 530 at night meaning I needed to find new accomodation and make a complaint and drive to new location all in 35 mins. I would not stay here if they paid me to stay there. All reported to bookings.com I question the existing rating of 9.2
