Everything, it had everything we needed for a few nights stay. The coffee machine and laundry sealed the deal for me.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Paid via booking.com for the accommodation. Then I was asked to pay a $100 deposit via another link, provide multi factor authentification etc before I was sent the entry code and further instructions. A bit annoying at the end of a long day/drive The coffee machine is not easy to use. I followed the instructions to a tee. Got hot water twice, and then somehow managed to get a coffee. Totally random, and the QR takes you to a video which is unavailable.
