Booked hotel for 2 nights and Saturday night I got back late from a wedding. My room door would not open. I went to the front desk and a staff member came with the master key and tried multiple times and my room door would not open. The man told me it was a “malfunction” and there was nothing he could do. There was no other room to be provided with and when I said I would have no choice but to sleep in my car he agreed and left back downstairs leaving all my belongings in the room. Never returning here.

Hotel is ok for a one or 2 night stay. Walk in shower is great but beware the air conditioning constantly shuts off after reaching temp set and never comes back on it just gets hotter. We set it to 65 before going to bed and woke up to it being 72 since it shut off after reaching 65. I can't speak to the noise as we were on the fourth floor so couldn't hear anyone above as others have stated in the reviews. Its a no frills hotel so if you need a clean place for one night, at most two, and it's not over 80 degrees outside then this is the place for you.

I’ve previously stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. However, this time around I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. When we first got off the elevator there was a strong horrific smell of sewage throughout the entire second floor that remained during our stay. When we got in the room there were stains on the walls. There were stains on both sets of beddings. These were obvious stains that housekeeping should have see if they actually cleaned the room from the previous stay. There floor in the bathroom was dirty and so was the shower. There were handprints and stains all in the shower. Also, in the middle of the night an alarm went off while we were trying to sleep and there was a lot of noise coming from the 3rd floor. Needless to say I was disappointed in this hotel and will not be returning.

Fabulous stay! Clean, quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed and nothing we didn’t need. Our 2nd stay at an Avid property and from now on we will look for them above any other hotel

The property itself was nice and clean. However, it was very loud. I could hear people walking around above me, and hearing every door close was very disturbing and annoying.

The staff was horrible as it's a language barrier for sure.
