Goldie at the front desk was the most exceptional concierge we’ve ever encountered. She was personable, caring, and genuinely a joy to talk with. She consistently went above and beyond!

Kids missed out on having a pool at this hotel.

We asked for a king size bed got a queen. Pet cost more than was told "25" cost me 35 dollars non refundable and charged me twice for deposit from checking out with the TV option. Supposed refund to my account 🙄
