The room was amazing, never slept in a bed so comfy. Cleaners were great everyday. Breakfast was delicious. Pool area was fab

Extremely close to a karaoke bar which stays open till 3am, all you can hear is screaming brits from 11pm to 3am. Was very loud especially on our last night which was a Friday night. Very disappointed that when i went down to reception at 1am to get ear plugs or something they had none. The hotel are obviously aware of this issue and the fact they have nothing to offer was disappointing

"Perfect place, comfortable and great staff."

The room was lovely but would have preferred to be on a higher floor as a dirt road/pathway looked straight into our balcony and room if we had the curtains open. The staff were sensational and always were polite and helpful. Even when we had to leave early to go to our next destination, (and only had time for a coffee) one of the staff kindly brought us a Pastel de Nata each as we walked out the door!

Just the fact that from the dirt path/road, anybody could see in.
