الموظفين متعاونين ولكن حصل موقف سلبي من قبل احد موظفين الاستقبال

حصل تصرف سلبي ( من الناحية الاخلاقية ) مع احد موظفين الاستقبال في يوم الوصول تم التواصل مع الادارة في اخر يوم قبل المغادرة وابلاغهم بالموقف وتم التعويض بليلتين مجانية في حال حدوث زيارة اخرى للفندق وهو غير مناسب من وجهة نظري
