Ambiences, I don’t like the shower area it’s floody when you take a bath

It was hard to check in, instruction was not clear. The internet connection constantly dropped off at the place. I would not stay at this place again and won't recommend it to anyone else.

I could’ve have asked for a better place to stay during my trip. The host was so accommodating!! The place was so clean and the area is so vibrant!

It was close to everything. The unit was clean.

Not worth th price! Obnoxious smell like sewage comes out from the kitchen , you have to leave the place or let the it air out ! Parking fee is too much php200 per day) !!shower room has parly installed glass door making the whole bathroom wet . Not a quality stay !

While the area around the property is decent (Venice Grand Canal Mall) the pictures posted on Expedia are deceiving and the access tunnel from the building to the mall was closed until 11am (even though shops in the mall were already open- especially coffee shops like Coffee Bean or Starbucks). The unit setup itself was ok, but we encountered (and killed) almost 20 cockroaches of varying sizes in the room (mostly in the bathroom) in the two days that we stayed there. That in itself was enough to warrant a bad review but there was also the issue of the bathroom accessibility. There was a washing machine just outside the bathroom with drain and water tubes running into it from the bathrooom. This naturally prevented us from closing the bathroom door for privacy. There were also oily handprints on the table that hadn’t been wiped clean from the previous stay. The hallways are not air conditioned (this is common in condos in the Philippines) but the lobby sometimes smelled of a dirty diaper. I don’t know if it’s because they were washing the carpet or the sewage pipe in the lobby bathroom was emanating odors but it wasn’t a pleasant smell to come home to. Lastly, we booked the room for 4 people but there weren’t enough blankets for all of us. Will not be coming back.

The property looks nice and clean but unfortunately there is a smell thats coming from the closed sink. They tried to remedy by putting some aluminum insulation tape but it didn’t help at all. The smell is way too much that you just can’t appreciate the place.

The condo was decently nice, but there were many flaws with the condo. When you walk into the condo theres a piece of paper telling you what you can and cant do, and the owners make it seem like they are letting you stay there for free. The bathroom door did not close all the way and stopped short because of the laundry machine. My family found roaches in the bathroom and kitchen and ants going into the fridge. The shower also never let water drain while you were using the shower so it would almost flood the bathroom. The Futon also had multiple stains and was just covered by a fitted sheet.

Beddings should be completed before we arrive. There is no parking provided

I liked that we were able to get to the mall without going outside. Did not like lack of aircon in the public areas, but that was common throughout all of the places we stayed at in the Philippines. The Venice Mall is beautiful. We stayed here for the proximity to Market Market and Bonifacio High Street, but didn't bother going to those places because everything we needed was right there.
