They charged more than what is displayed when booking. There extras that were not initially disclosed when booking, 20 pula environmental fees and 40 pula city tax

I love the place and the staff is exceptional

This place doesn’t exist! I drove around for an entire hour and a half trying to locate this property that leads to an abandoned day care for children. I hope expedia refunds my money. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Building is in a secured compound

1. Poor room service 2. Rusted taps hence rusty water 3. Expensive and not meeting expectations

Unfortunately i did not have enough time to have breakfast at the location

There were no toiletries (i.e shower cap, soap, lotion) in the bathroom. There were no towels in the rooms.

During my stay in Haithoms, I experienced a truly relaxing and enjoyable time. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff at Haithoms were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their warm hospitality added an extra touch to my experience, making me feel right at home. Overall, my stay in Haithoms was a delightful and rejuvenating experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway.

While my stay at Haithoms was overall enjoyable, one aspect that I would have liked to see improved is the access to the kitchen. It would have been convenient if they allowed guests to access the kitchen under supervision if needed. This would have provided more flexibility for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals or have specific dietary requirements. However, I understand that this may not be feasible for all accommodations and it did not significantly impact my overall experience at Haithoms.
