clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. the best thing was Karabo on the front desk (other staff pretty poor)

we booked two rooms, got there and they had given one to someone else so we only had one room. so very poor. staff - apart from Karabo who was excellent - very rude and unwelcoming. huge party happening in the third room so very loud, pumping music into the early hours, shouting etc - the b&b had been hired out for that purpose v poor value for money, would recommend immaculate villa for same price and considerably nicer, friendly, more hospitable, better location. this place is fine but nothing more - overall, don’t go. also the location is wrong on both booking.com and Google maps, so factor in time for getting very lost and not being able to contact the number provided!

second of two nights there, better than the first night where they had given someone else one of the rooms we booked so had to pack into just one and share (was travelling with my mum). thankfully no huge party like the previous night overall poor value for money compared to other similar properties, and location wrong so be ready to get v lost fyi- 100-150 BWP cheaper to not book via booking.com
