Gostei muito do conforto da cama e também da localização, pela proximidade tanto do aeroporto quanto da fronteira com a Argentina. A equipe foi muito atenciosa durante a estadia, e os cookies à vontade eram deliciosos. O café da manhã também foi excelente, com bastante variedade, produtos de qualidade e tapiocas de vários sabores.

Beautiful

- I couldn’t use neither spa or sauna because the employees decided to leave at 6pm on a Saturday and not come back. The staff didn’t seem to care about this and just said “you can come tomorrow” - the dinner took over two hours on being served - AC didn’t work. Neither hair dryer.

Estrutura, localização e agência de Foz Trip no saguão do hotel, destaque para atendimento de Carol.

Atendimento dos funcionários, na recepção são muito educados, mas sem empatia. O serviço de arrumação do quarto tinha que ser solicitado por nós na recepção, caso contrário não era feito. O estacionamento não está incluso na diária.
