Centrio Fira Suites

The room was great and comfortable. Shower was wonderful! Plenty of hot water.

We had a rental car and there was no parking. Street parking was hard to find but there was a lot about 1/4 of a mile away we found a place to park.

Was a great location with a view of the Aegean Sea to the East. We walked everywhere from the apartment to explore the town and beyond

The location is near the city center and bus station. The staff esp Alexia is very responsive. The room is spacious. The bed mattress is good. We were allowed to check in in the morning (as backup plan they also direct us to store our lugage at the hotel nearby if it is not ready to check in). Value for money.

We wish there is a heater, as it is quite cold at night during our March visit, however we understand that Santorini is a summer tourist destination, therefore hotels and apartments may not have a heater. Nevertheless, Gervi Suites provides thick blanket which is good enough.

The location was great, the room is nice and big. Hot shower and great amenities. They helped us check in earlier, and the staff was really helpful.

Bed was too soft for my preference, but that was just my personal opinion.

The room itself is lovely. Great space, very clean. super comfy bed.

The worst communication from host i have ever had. They did not respond to any messages prior to check in. They eventually called at 4pm when check in started and gave us the wrong check in information. Three hours later we had to move apartments because they put us in the wrong one. The following day, 24hrs late, I received an email on how to check in with lock box codes to both of their apartments. The apartment is on a very busy road and there was a lot of noise from traffic and people until early hours of morning. The window blinds have not been installed properly and were difficult to open. When you did open them there was no privacy from the busy footpath right at front door.

The location is excellent, close to everything! The apartment was very clean, fully equipped and modern in a Santorini island style.

Nothing in particular. It was a comfortable and easygoing stay!
