Toilet stopped u from day one informed staff gave me a plugger lol it didn't help had to smell waste for 12 days

The hotel was nice. Staff were wonderful.

Hotel says no smoking in the rooms. The room next to us made our bathroom smell like weed. Housekeeping doesn't come and take the trash or check for clean towels.
