very upsetting, i booked my room a day in advance, and they gave my room away to someone else.

It was safe and the best part was the staff. Excellent customer service.

Room had a lot of storage space and yhe air conditioning was top tier.

Beds were so uncomfortable. Rooms stated they were non-smoking yet smelt like cigarettes. Bathrooms VERY small.

+Spacious room +Grounds kept clean + Location

-Checking with a kiosk and not having the ability to speak with someone, in-person, was weird. -Not enough pillows on bed. The two very small pillows are not enough. Had to wait until the next morning when a live person is there to request pillows and towels. Such an inconvenience. -Dirty towels. I asked for several towels and all but one had stains! Buy new ones and wash them well, please.
