Bed uncomfortable, linen worn out pillows look like a towel inside a pillowcase. My second and last experience with them. I chose it because my experience at Winston Salem NC last November was good.

Location and parking were good. It was nice to have a kitchenette.

Maid service and billing. I was on nightshift for 1st two weeks and did not want to be disturbed. Third week on days & tried to get front desk to clean room. 7 days I called front desk for maid service and never did happen. Then I was charged 21.00 (7.00/week) for linen fee and didn't even get maid service. I checked out a day early because of no maid service. I was on the 2nd floor and the carpet in the hallway had a smell to it. It hardly got vacuumed and trash/debris would stay on the floor for days. It really needs to be steam cleaned, smelled musty. When I checked out, I was expecting a one-night refund. Sounds easy? Got the receipt and a bunch of things got added and then subtracted. I stopped trying to figure it out. Crazy.

This place was NASTY!!!! You couldn’t pay me to stay here. The rooms were disgusting - they put us in dirty rooms the sheets hadn’t been changed. The stench throughout the entire hotel was awful!!!! Dog fur and black dirty carpets. I can’t get the stench out of my head. Left immediately - did not stay.

Basic need and accomodations are met.
