WoodSpring Suites Greensboro - High Point North

I was really put off by the kiosk....I guess it's hard to find people that want to work and you gotta do what you gotta do.

The kiosk, room was not clean - some sticky spillage on the floor, stuff still in refrigerator and drawers from previous guest. It was very nasty. We were offered another room, but we were very weary from travel for a funeral we opted out because the PIC said the air conditioner was just starting to cool so we grabbed a bite to eat came back and the room was like a humid tropical jungle.

My room was empty for some reason. The only thing the room had was a bed with sheets and comforters, absolutely nothing else. No soap, no cups, no ice bucket, nothing not even a shower curtain. I notified the staff and they said they would fix immediately and in my two nights there no one ever came to fix the room. The hotel does not have staff on duty at all times When I checked out at around 9:45am on a Sunday the metal gate was closed at the front desk.

The lobby smelled Ok.

There were people outside smoking weed, the hallways were dirty, my room was dirty.

I waited at the kiosk to be helped for more than 10 minutes. I used the phone that was in the lobby area to call for help and they kept telling me to wait at the kiosk. I ended up leaving because no one helped me check in. I would like a full refund. Also the place was very dirty and smelled bad.

There were people sitting out front smoking and there was a lot of noise at 4 AM. The bed was uncomfortable.

Nothing.

Room was slept in. Didn’t have another room available and the receptionist couldn’t have cared less. She was of no use. Not a sorry or anything

Good stay just had to get towels every day and been a week no one clean room

Nice location.
