WoodSpring Suites Greensboro - High Point North

very terrible check in they made me pay twice for one day and I wouldn’t recommend this place all because I came in late mind you any other hotel would’ve gladly accepted me no problems. Not only did it. Take about 20 minutes if not 30 for them to just check me in because it was late. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience and I’m out of almost 100 bucks now zero out of 10 wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nothing I arrive late and had to use the kiosk. My room key wasn’t working and I had to wait 3 hours to reach someone on the property to get a new card after drive 12 hours from Florida

The room was not cleaned. The air was not working. There were toiletries or hot water. The hallway smelled like smoke
