Superb and unique apartment in a central location in the historic city close to all tourist attractions, bars and restaurants

Location, views, balcony, ease of access, cleanliness, helpful agents agreeing slightly later departure.

We really liked the apartment but have a few constructive comments. We had noise from apartment above into early hours but accept this is difficult to avoid. We couldn't work out the oven so didn't use, the shower head is old and not in great condition. Would have liked at least 2 mugs rather than just fine china cups which are difficult to hold with tiny handles. A small teapot would be a bonus. The balcony pots were full of weeds and very unattractive, ideally would recommend geraniums for colour, or just remove the pots they spoil the ambience!!

location is perfect.

A marvellous location, so close to our favourite piazza. The decor and style of the property was exactly to our taste

We found it difficult to understand how to use the heating.

No detergent for washer. It’s not unreasonable to have some on hand. Not reasonable to expect guests to spend their vacation time shopping for detergent. Also there is a picture hanging in the bathroom of 2 nude males. This should be taken down. And there are porn channels on the tv.

Location and size.

We weren’t contacted before a member of staff entered our rooms startling us, due to plumbing issues we had reported earlier. I appreciated the attention, but permission would have been appreciated.
