Residenza dei Signori - Italian Homing

This place is insane! It gives you an authentic experience of living in a real Italian aristocratic family house. Or at least that’s how I imagine it must feel like :-). The location is the best - in the strict heart of the historic part of the city, however slightly away from the most crowded areas. Cosy, lovely, truly unique.

We had some problems with adjusting the heating appliances, but a call to technical support solved the problem

The property was an open and welcoming suite with a wonderful collection of artifacts and furniture appropriate to the buildings heritage. It was modern and fully equipped but with a warmth that comes from the respect for the property, it’s location and it’s historical significance.

Nothing that would cause us to not try to schedule out trips to match the availability!

It is a beautiful apartment in the very center of Verona. It is best designed for two people, however it was also convenient for us with a teenager sleeping on the sofa. The view is perfect. It is, in fact, the most crowded place in the town and center of its nightlife, but the windows were soundproof. A well equiped kitchen and a big bathroom. If one can afford the rather high price, the apartment is perfect for a longer stay.

Two minor things: If you plan day excursions, as we did, you have to use transportation to the trainstation. But for the city of Verona itself everything is in walking distance. The other thing is, there are very strict rules for separating the garbage and no separate bins in the house.

Great location. Located exactly at the Piazza.

Don’t run too many appliances at the same time, otherwise the electricity will tripped. I guess it’s normal for an old building

Location is fantastic!!! Nearby EVERYTHING. And we loved the terrace.

Nothing negative! But a small bottle Prosecco as a welcome gift would be a nice gesture 🥂

The location was excellent. Perfect location for exploring the historic center of Verona.

Everything was fine after collecting the keys. And the hosts were very good at bringing forward the check in

We arrived very early . It was difficult to locate the door of the property within the Plaza Advice on how early arrives could stow their luggage would be helpful
