sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage am Rande der Fußgängerzone, alles fußläufig (Piazza Erbe, Arena,...) erreichbar. schön renovierter Altbau, Parkplatz im Innenhof inklusive, ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert, da in der Umgebung Parken kaum möglich.

das zweite Badezimmer ist auf Grund der Bauweise nur bedingt nutzbar, die Klimaanlagen (Schlafzimmer 1 + Wohnzimmer) arbeiten nicht sehr effizient, im zweiten Schlafzimmer nur großer Standventilator vorhanden.

La facilité pour aller dans le bâtiment ( ouverture depuis le tel), la réactivité des hôtes, pouvoir se garer dans l'enceinte du logement, le calme, les deux salles de bain, les bouteilles d'eaux dans le frigo et les capsules pour se faire un café

les lumières dans la chambre du fond , si possible mettre une multiprise pour pouvoir brancher le tel + la lampe de chevet, l'eau qui stagne dans la deuxième salle de bain , mettre une raclette pour le sol ? le nombre de portes à ouvrir avant d'accéder au logement ( 4 ) si possible indiquer l'ordre sur les clés ( de 1 à 4), pas de sachet de thé ? le code wifi pas à jour

The Location of property

Air conditioning NOT cold , possibly needs servicing and only in one of the bedroom & lounge . Toilet seat still not repaired as noted from a clients previous review !! No Tea towels as noted from a previous client in previous review - so bring your own !!

The location was perfect and allowed off-road parking. The apartment was spacious. I personally slept on the sofa bed in the lounge and found it super comfortable. There was plenty of extra linen and towel in the room wardrobe and even included water in the fridge.

Can't think of anything as was a great stay!

THE LOCATION AND THE PARKING INSIDE THE PREMISES

The general feeling is of a neglected, old apartment that needs a lot of improvement to justify the price and most of all the unacceptable security deposit of €300! You will also be surprised to receive a price list of damages like: if you stain the wall you will be charged €50 in a house where all the walls are visibly marked and dirty. Or we will charge you €… if you do not leave the key box properly closed… and many more which you can see in the attached pictures We felt very annoyed and offended with all the bullying which of course started after the booking’s payment We are avid travellers and being to Italy more than 20 times and never experienced anything like this. We never really felt any kind of hospitality but it seems that the company pride itself for their contact and service skills. Most text messages were about things that we need to pay attention too otherwise we will be punished! There are 5 doors to reach the flat and we had one set of keys tied with an old piece of string… There was absolutely nothing about this place that made us feel welcome apart of a lovely permanent tenant that we accidentally met when we arrived. We booked this place because of its location and parking facility. Apart of these all the rest was a great disappointment Things that need improvement: * No hangers in bathroom for the towels! * No tray for the toiletries in shower room, you need to put them on the shower floor! * The shower cup was covered in salt * Dirty closet in bathroom with used WC rolls * The seat of the toilet bowl was broken and had a sticker band on it! * The second bathroom is not to be considered as a bathroom but as a WC ! * The shutters were all very dirty with bird shit! * All the walls are dirty ! * Nothing to place your clothes on in bedrooms! * The beds are of the cheapest quality ! * No towel clothes in the kitchen * The steps to the heater are packed with stuff * There was no duvet for the third person who slept on the sofa

Spacious and comfortable. Providing everything needed for a great stay . Quiet location but close to everything

we arrived in the evening to a completely unheated apartment where it was 17-18 degrees. it took a couple of hours to heat up the apartment. We couldn't take a bath because it was freezing. cleanliness is not at an enviable
