Residenza Corte Carnesali - Italian Homing

The location was a very attractive feature. The accommodation is very close to the centre of Verona and within easy walking distance. Verona itself is an expensive city to visit, but its an exceptionally beautiful place.

Excellent location, on-site parking in the courtyard a huge plus.

The listing shows two bathrooms with showers. In fact the appartment has 1 1/2 baths. The shower in the second bathroom has no stall and is basically unusable without getting the rest of the bathroom wet. The toilet in the main bathroom did not flush properly when we were there. When contacted the management said they knew about the issue and that it would take 3-4 days to get parts, after our departure. Fortunately one of our party is handy and was able to rig it temporarily so that it was mostly usable. Finally, the is no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms.

The location was superb, a minute away from the old centre of Verona and so it was a huge bonus having a parking space. The air conditioning was wonderful as it was very hot while we were there. The hosts communicated well before our trip and answered my queries swiftly.

There was only one sofa, so for the four of us, it would have been more comfortable with another one. One of the toilets did not work, we did report it, but it was an inconvenience. The apartment is basically equipped, but there was no towel for drying dishes, nor glove for removing hot things from the oven.

Residenza Corte Carnesali is a perfect place where to spend your stay in Verona. The apartment is big and comfortable and you'll find there everything needed. Location is great, just in the city center and all the monuments and restaurants are very close. The private parking is something much appreciated when traveling by car. The access to the apartment was clear and well organized. Would just recommend everyone to plan your stay in Verona in this very apartment!

The property is located in a beautiful old courtyard building just outside the walls of the old town. The apartment is beautiful and provides everything you need for your stay in Verona.

Kitchen needs some tea towels. Please provide extra toilet rolls in each bathroom.

Excellent position in the city.

The heat was not working at the check-in time and for the next days not working completely. when we entered the apartment, the temperature was only 11 degrees and we were freezing. The central door was not opening with the code given, the responsible for the apartment was not responding at the phone, and the door opened by accident, only because someone from inside got out. I wouldn-t recommend it for a family, with such behaviour of the staff, although its central position in the city.

Before arriving, Marco was very quick in answering all our questions and then when we arrived, Doina was waiting for us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. The apartment was extremely well situated, had onsite parking (request separately), very comfortable for 6 people and the kitchenette was well equipped.

Some smaller items such as dishcloths, a drying rack for kitchen utensils and extra toilet paper would have been good additions. These are very minor compared to the well equipped, comfortable and clean apartment.
