Modern comfortable rooms beautifully decorated. 3 bedroom family apt provided a great base to attend a family wedding at Larchfield. The owners could not have been more helpful when one of our cars had a dead battery. They drove us to where we could get a new battery and then lent us tools and even helped us fit it. Exceptional customer service! Many thanks.

Instructions to work the hob would be helpful - took a while and a bit of Googling to work it out but we got there in the end.

"Crap"

Booked and paid. No answer to my calls. No response to my emails or texts. Arrived the gate not open no access nothing. Stuck in hillsborough with no where else to stay after travelling from Dublin. However highly recommend Arthur's in the village unbelievably incredible. WOULD NOT STAY HERE

Large Deluxe apartment, brand new house with own back garden , all required facilities like wifi , fully loaded kitchen. close to Belfast city . Own private space to enjoy. Heating is plus point in this property. Never felt we are away from home.

"Awful emergency process and profit-driven management destroyed customer satisfaction and health."

Rooms were of an ok standard.

Fire alarm went off at 2am in the morning a lot of frustrated residents had to wait hours for the alarm to be switched off by owner. That after a local resident drove to her home. No compensation was offered for a whole night of sleep lost due to loud piercing alarm that disturbed the whole building and all tenants.
