Great location within reach of North Shields and Tynemouth

The couch was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. The bed in the small room seemed to be on a slant.

The flat is always great. It's a great size and location for us both

There was a communication problem about the change to the key code, which wasn't great, but we resolved it after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing on the phone.

The apartment has a great little layout, lovely, big super comfortable beds and the owner was super responsive to my questions. It is in a really area of Newcastle with the seaside just a ten minute drive away, all in all we had a fab stay

The only issue I experienced was that the bedroom curtains didn’t keep the bedroom dark, in fact it was like sleeping with the lights on but apart from that it was a very nice stay.

It was booked as a cheaper alternative to booking 2 hotel rooms and worked out really well, great value for money, comfortable beds and very spacious property.

A very minor thing is it would be nice to be able to watch a free view terrestrial package on the tv, I say minor as that is not what we were there for.

Great place to stay. Handy for Tynemouth, North Shields Fish Quay. Bus stop right outside and Metro station around 10 minutes walk. Very spacious and well equipped flat. Two minutes walk to Northumberland Park to walk my dogs and Tynemouth beach easy to walk to.

Nothing, everything was fine.

It was really easy. Sofia emailed the key code across a couple of days before so no problems.

Arriving in -3 deg to no heating on which took a day to warm up. Bathroom light not working, kitchen door handle got stuck so I couldn’t get in. Shower curtain was down & in bath. Coat hook rail in hall fell off. Dog barking constantly left in filthy condition in the yard of the bottom flat. Dirty plates, glasses, hob & table. Dangerous trip hazard on steps to kitchen, hanging lip in risers.
