Great place to stay, well equipped, clean, warm, handy for bus to Whitley bay.

It was very clean inside and comfortable quite spacious too.

The garden was not available at the rear and could do with a tidy up at the front. Taking the rubbish out was not a very good experience. I would recommend an additional sharp kitchen knife for preparation and also possible some board games and playing cards

The flat was gorgeous and comfortable, we thought the beds were really comfy and the whole place had such a nice vibe. The hosts were very accommodating and we can't wait to stay again.

The yard wasn't really safe for the dogs as it had broken glass and lots of rubbish and the neighbour was drunk and left his dogs to bark for hours on end every night.

Comfortable clean met our needs, problems were dealt with reasonable quick

Though concern about stair case had been raised before booking, did not expect light in hall not to be working, plus stair carpet on some of the stairs had become lose and was a danger Was attended room within a few days

Good location for the purpose of our visit and good value.

On the surface the property looks good but unfortunately it was far from acceptable.

The surrounding yards were dirty, the neighbours dogs were left out to bark all day. The flat smelt of smoke constantly as the neighbour smoked continuously. The neighbour stood around outside half undressed and was obviously watching my movements as he knocked on the flat door, without a top on and propositioned me. I felt very unsafe and had to leave the property after only 1 night of a 3 night stay. I do not recommend this property.

Lovely decor , furnishings & very well equipped. Comfy bed , large rooms & spacious apartment.

Not sure about the area & looks out onto neighbours untidy, filthy yard.

The property was really nice and tidy. It had everything we needed for our stay. We really liked the layout of the property as there was so much space!. The beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We didn’t have any issues during our stay.
