L’établissement a prit un dépôt $ et nous a chargé la chambre mais il n’est pas accessible en hiver. Donc vous payez pour un hôtel inexistant. Il a fallu qu’on se trouve un autre établissement pour notre séjour.

Terrible experience. Reported to expedia and will report to the state. This is a scam, property refused to refund after they told expedia we showed up after they close. So they close at 3, exactly an hour after check-in? Ok, that makes sense....scam scam scam. Property is absolute garbage, electricity not even connected. State has deemed the property uninhabitable.

The hotel is down a long unplowed road so was not able to get to the hotel because of the deep snow. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Ended up stranded because nothing from the hotel said it is snowmobile access only. Still got charged for a hotel that we were not able to get to. Would not recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

Pretty sure this place is no longer even open. Looks like it has been abandoned. Booking should remove the listing.

We never completed checkin. The photos are not of the current property. They one had one room in any condition to be used, and it was not comparable to the photos listed. The manager was new, and helpful, and did issue a refund.

No one at property. No one answered the phone or reached out til 8pm after I made other accommodations. Refused to refund money. Garbage “hotel” and worse parent company.

Motel looked abandoned. No signage on road. No on-site check-in. Had to call a rude out-of-state person for check in procedure. This motel is not in Fort Kent, it's in Saint John Parish. Housekeeping was very good. Bed was like a prison cot. My back is still sore. Busted stairs so you have to walk up a grassy slope. Pictures show what this place really looks like.

Very run down. No staff onsite, manager on phone was friendly. Lives out of state but informed us there was a maintenance staff who lived in the area if anything was needed. The pictures and descriptions don’t match the site. Cleanliness of our room was good but overall condition of buildings looked abandoned upon arrival. Good if your looking for a cheap place to stay. 15 minutes outside of downtown but not a bad drive.
