We arrived and the hotel did not room for us, even when i already booked and paid for that. Since it was too late (the flight arrive late) i was not able to find another hotel. Finally i found one at 2am paying a rate that not make sense but i have two kids and i needed a solution. I am totally frustrated. At least i expect that expedia return my money soon.

Bathroom door was bad. Didn't close. The toilet seat was loose. AC stopped working at the other room. Every time you want to access the front door, you need to ring the bell. It's a bit annoying.
HUI got what the price-range would indicate. Staff was nice.
Receptionist were not available all the time, but they kept the front door locked. So we had ring the bell and wait for minutes to let us in.
USIt is ok for 1-2 nigths
- the hotel address is wrongly displayed by booking app, and it is not actually on the other side of the park - no windows - the room key didn't work properly - neither the remote control - hard or imposible to adjust the shower water: it was extremely cold or extremely hot - it is necessary every time to ring the bell in order to enter the hotel. I understand that is for security reasons but becomes annoying after a while.
AUQuiet, close to the airport. Could get cash out easy and something for dinner. Handy location. Free breakfast although has to walk two blocks to another hotel for the breakfast
Very very very basic I booked an air con room but they gave me the a room that was very basic with a fan only and due to no one speak English it was too hard to communicate that it was wrong. No where to hang out. Just a room

BEThe location close to the airport Few restaurants in the neighbourhood but it’s a very quiet town
- we arrived at the reception with our backpacks and it took the lady 15min to say hi and take care of us (she was busy fixing something with two persons in front of us) - bedroom wasn’t what we had booked, our booking was a room with 4 beds accommodating 5ppl with AC … and we got a tiny room with one queen bed and a fan ! The staff wasn’t very positive when we complained about the room not being what we had booked - room has no windows and is in a hallway with sliding doors (covered with curtains) - breakfast was good but not in the hotel, had to walk to an other hotel a few minutes away
