No hot water in the shower but they were fixing it

USWe had to book last minute so i decided to ignore the reviews and choose it for the price. The place could use some iimprovement. We did see a couple of tiny roaches in our room and had to take cold showers becaause there was no hot water. They did not provide the top sheet so we had to cover just with the little blankets wich i never like to do because i know they dont always wash those in the small hotels. Ok n the other hand the receptionist gave us excellent aervice and was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was simple, no meats and no eggs.

We booked 2 rooms, one was available the other occupied. The person at the desk had no idea, and searched other people's rooms, for a spare one. As I had payed beforehand, I asked for a refund but he said he could not, and I should come the next day. When ai did there was no one there. I've asked over booking for a refund, and sent my bank details yesterday. I am waiting.

USThe attendant young lady was the most attentive and caring about our stay, she arranged a morning taxi for airport drop off. She made my stay very pleasant.
Everything was fine. My room didn't have a TV remote because someone took it. But stay was quiet. Beds are not the most comfortable ( my daughter did find them comfortable).
Good location close to the airport.
Hole in ceiling above shower where a light used to be, had to plug it with toilet paper to feel like someone wouldn’t look in. A/C leaked, bed was not comfortable, noisy in front area. Parking is in a pay lot down the street. Breakfast was delicious.
