USCostumer service was very good. Personable, pleasant and very helpful. They need to learn more about Costa Rica and the Alajuela surrounding areas. The hosts were really nice. The location was perfect, close to the center of Alajuela and Airport proximity is fantastic.
Having to wait to go in and out of the building although I understand that for security reasons it needs to be done. Breakfast was HORRIBLE, it can improve with very little effort and cost.

ESThe receptionist was available when needed. Good hot water and good WiFi. Air conditioning also worked. Large space. Good price.
The rooms instead of walls, have a glass panels to separate your private space from the hallway. The glass panels don't fully close shut, causing all the conversation and noise from the hallway, dinning room and reception to enter your "room". Have in mind also that Alajuela is not an interesting or inviting town.
