CRThey sent a message the same day of my check-in that they had "operations" issues and they were sorry to announce that my reservation was canceled, so I had to look for an urgent option B. If the check-in was at 3pm, how they cancel my reservation at 7pm!?, what about if I were arrived at 3pm!. Unreliable hotel, I don´t recommend if you want a serious reservation.
